This page explains what we ask for when you register or enter the song contest, what we do with it, and the terms of taking part. Questions? Call or message 010-2174-0307.
Your name, nationality, email and phone or KakaoTalk ID; the details of what you are doing at the festival; and, for the song contest, your song and your performance video. 수집 항목

Until 31 December 2026, so the team can finish the accounts and the follow-up. After that it is deleted. 보유 기간
Only the organising team. The registration list lives in the organisers' own database and is opened with a staff key; it is never published, sold or shared for advertising.
Song contest videos go straight from your phone or computer into a private folder in the organisers' own Google Drive. Only the organisers and the judging team can open them. Entrants cannot see the folder, and cannot see anyone else's video — the upload page can only write your own file, never read.
You can ask to see, correct or delete everything we hold about you at any time — call or message 010-2174-0307, or reply to your confirmation email. Deleting your entry before the contest simply withdraws it. Giving these details is voluntary, but without them we cannot register you or judge your entry.
Upload a video of yourself, sung by you or your team. It is watched by the judging team only, and never posted publicly without asking you first. 참가 영상
The festival itself is photographed and filmed for the organisers' event reports and social posts. Tell a staff member at the desk if you would rather not appear. 행사 당일 촬영
The program, the prizes and the running order may change if the weather or the venue makes it necessary. Finalists are contacted individually. 프로그램 변경
One entry per person per participation type, and one prize draw number per person. Entries that are not your own performance, or that are sent after the deadline, cannot be judged.
